He is Practicing Company Secretary since 1989.

Providing consultancy services to Companies in Company Law, secretarial legal matters, FEMA,carrying out ROC Search for banks and companies and liaison with RBI. Conducted Postal Ballot for various listed Companies, Merger Amalgamations, Secretarial Audit , Due Diligence, XBRL work for listed and multinational companies.

Participated in Seminar In United Kingdom visited Europe, Switzerland, France etc.

MR. Nikhil Thakur One of the strong pillars of the I U Thakur Team.He is a MBA specialized in field of Finance He has a strong work experience of 7 years in the field and constantly brings fresh perspective to the firm.

He has specialization in XBRL. Business Reporting Language which is applicable to certain class of Companies. Apart from handling matters relating to Company Law, he also looks out for the technical matters and technological advancements in smooth functioning of the firm.

He is also responsible for clientele relations and providing them with regular updates pursuant to the change of their business. His diverse profile also includes recruitment, training and development of professionals for the firm.

He has Participated in Seminar In United Kingdom visited Europe, Switzerland, France etc.
